10) Build an air propelled rocket with ballast
You can use the duct tape on one roll, not the plastic covering, not the cardboard inside.
2004: Rule Change - You can use the ink from a pen
2005: Rule Change - You can use spit. But no other bodily fluid.
2008: Rule Change - You can use air.
